- Shoes are unworn, in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Worn or damaged shoes
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Customized/personalized footwear
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email info@thereliabletechnologies.com with:
- Order number
- Product photos (if defective)
- Reason for return
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with authorization
- Ship Back:
- Use original packaging when possible
- Include all tags, dust bags, and accessories
- Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)
3. Refund Processing
- Approved returns: Refund within 5-7 business days after receipt
- Original payment method: Refunds issued to source of payment
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for wrong/damaged items)
4. Exchanges
- Size exchanges available within 14 days
- Subject to stock availability
- Customer covers shipping costs
