1. Return Eligibility

Accepted Within 30 Days If:

  • Shoes are unworn, in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn or damaged shoes
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Customized/personalized footwear

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@thereliabletechnologies.com with:
  • Order number
  • Product photos (if defective)
  • Reason for return
  1. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with authorization
  2. Ship Back:
  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include all tags, dust bags, and accessories
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved returns: Refund within 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Original payment method: Refunds issued to source of payment
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for wrong/damaged items)

4. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges available within 14 days
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Customer covers shipping costs

5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of defects
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send replacement

6. Special Notes for Footwear

  • Please try shoes on carpeted surfaces only
  • Minor sole markings may void return eligibility
  • Odor removal products may affect return acceptance

7. International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping/customs fees
